About Me!

My name is Erika! I was born and raised in Canada and I now live in Belgium with my husband and children. We have a little urban farm with a big vegetable garden, chickens, ducks rabbits, cats and a dog. I love gardening, foraging, herbalism, and anything related to the outdoors and to nature. I'm a super passionate person and I'm always researching something. Learning is probably my favourite thing ever! 

I've been in the Holistic Health world for over 10 years with Certifications in Ayurveda, and Nature Coaching and I'm also a Woman's Circle facilitator. I have years of hands on experience as a self-taught herbalist and I usually have a tea, tincture or salve on hand for my friends and family when complaints arise. My passion is helping people and sharing my knowledge and I feel extremely blessed to have my husband and a group of incredible strong women standing by me.
