- a monthly new moon circle to reflect on the last month and set intentions for the coming moon cycle. Focusing on a different theme each month connected to various elements related to cyclical living and holistic health.

- whatsapp community where I will be sharing weekly health tips, challenges (optional!) advice and inspirational quotes, photos and more! 

weekly tips related to where you are in your cycle, meal ideas, workout tips, herbology, crystals...you'll find it all here. 

- members will be first to receive invites for upcoming online events, workshops or other circles

- discounted rates for individual or group coaching sessions and all events

- free access to my patreon 

- this is the most affordable way to work with me; if you are serious about making health and lifestyle changes and learning about cyclical holistic living but cannot afford coaching, this is for you!

- benefit from a private, close-knit group of women all on their own journeys. This is a place where you can share your ups and downs and benefit from the support of not just a coach but a whole group of women loving and routing for you.
