Gatherings

“When women share their troubles with eachother it raises the oxytocin and lowers cortisol of both speaker and listener. Neuroscience calls it ‘trend and befriend.’ I call it medicine”

-Dr Aviva Romm

These are live and online workshops, circles and group coaching that I offer along with seasonal celebrations, ceremonies, nature walks and other events. Please check for upcoming events  here or register here for the monthly newsletter and be the first to know!

Monthly Sharing Circles

This is a simple yet powerful monthly gathering. I like to call it a PAUSE from the hustle of our daily lives. It can be a time to reflect and grow, share and be held. Or it can simply be a time to listen and be still. These circles build back the missing bonds between woman that society has tried to destroy.

Together we work on a specific theme related to personal growth, self-love and how we experience the world around us. This circle should leave you feeling held, loved and supported.

Unless reflected on the main page monthly sharing circles take place on the Monday closest to the new moon.

19-21u

In order to ensure that all women have the opportunity to take part in one of my gatherings this circle is by donation with a minimum donation of 20 euros to cover basic costs.

Seasonal Celebrations

One of the most beautiful and powerful ways to align yourself with the natural and cyclical nature of our Mother Earth. AKA the way we are meant to exist on this planet; in total alignment with the ebbs and flows of each season. These festivals were the customs and traditions of our pre-Christian ancestors. While they was nearly wiped out by the church and by patriarchy or assimilated into many of the Christian holidays we celebrate now, many traditions lived on across Europe (and the rest of the world).

These celebrations are longer events which include explanation, sharing circle, a light lunch a crafting activity, and ending with intention setting.

You will have something to take home with you to have a tangible way to remember both your experience and your intention.

65 euros includes circle, lunch, tea workshop and all materials

Moon Gatherings

In these circles we remember and reflect on how women are connected to the moon cycles. For thousands of years our ancestors lived by the cycles of the moon, one moon cycle being 28 days. The power of the moon in rooted in science and effects both our inner and outer world. Women, who hold more water in our bodies via our wombs and have menstrual cycles that mirror the cycles of the moon are more effected by the moons phases and therefore more connected.  Each new and full moon gives us it's own theme to reflect on, it's own medicine and gifts us with the opportunity to either set new intentions or reflect and release what no longer works for us. Working with the moon cycles is not just something we do in circle but a way of life, deeply routed in the cyclical power of nature.
