We come together on this powerful day to celebrate the life-giving energy of the sun, the balance between light and darkness and to acknowledge the turning point of the year as the days, once again, begin to shorten. This is a magical time for transformation, inner power and brightness as we reflect on light, abundance and vitality in our lives . It is a time to connect with nature, celebrate the Earth's gifts and take bold action to strengthen our intentions and honour our inner fire. and like all seasonal celebrations the Solstice is a time to reconnect and remember how much better we feel when we move with community at our hearts.
