How it works

Over the course of four months we will cover 4 major themes that will make a lasting and noticeable impact. Within each theme are subthemes which will be individually tailored  for each woman dependant on where she is in her journey. This includes any recommendations of herbs or other supplements. 

Rest 

Within this theme we will cover the Circadian Rhythm and light therapy, sleep, rest and the morning and evening routines. 

The breath will also be covered here as it is the most gentle way to start increasing your energy.

Hormones

Within this theme we will cover mental and emotional health looking at stress reduction, overwhelm and how hormones tie into it all. Here you will start learning to listen to your body and come out of your head. Hormonal balancing and menstrual cycling will be covered here.

Movement and lifestyle

Within this theme we will look at manageable ways to bring more movement into your life. We will be diving deep into something call hormesis and how to take small steps to get more of it your life. Supporting your life through communication with nature will also be covered here. This includes but is not limited to using herbs, grounding, and connecting with our natural rhythms as women.

Food and the Gut

Probably the most popular unit, here we will cover food and digestion. Not just what to eat but when and how. We'll be covering autophagy; the bodies recycling system and addressing detoxing/cleansing. Any digestive issues will also be addressed at this time.
